We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for all welding activities, ranging from fabrication and repair work, to preventive maintenance and inspection of welds. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of welding techniques and safety standards, as well as excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills.

The Welder will be expected to read blueprints/sketches and take measurements to plan layout and procedures; use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components according to specifications; inspect completed welds for accuracy, cleanliness and adherence to safety requirements; select type of welding equipment or method based on requirements; conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and make necessary adjustments.

The successful candidate should have a relevant qualification in welding technology or related field; proven experience as a Welder in industrial settings with the ability to perform various types of welding (MIG/TIG/ARC); knowledge of safety regulations in the workplace; strong attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
