The ideal candidate should be highly knowledgeable in design and construction of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, dams, buildings, etc., with a minimum two years experience in the same field. He/she should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A degree in Civil Engineering is preferable but not mandatory. The candidate should also have the ability to work with others as part of a team while meeting tight deadlines.
