Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets our standards of excellence. Our ideal candidate should have a great passion for cooking, a creative flair, and the ability to lead a team of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
• Create innovative dishes that meet customer expectations
• Prepare ingredients and garnishes for menu items
• Ensure all dishes are served in a timely manner
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of food costs, labor costs, and inventory
• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Train new kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques
• Comply with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment
• Address customer complaints in an efficient manner

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional setting
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Immigrant status is welcome.

Salary: 1000 USD per month
