The ideal candidate should have:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with teams across different departments
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends
