Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will assist the dentist with all dental procedures including but not limited to patient checkups, x-rays, cleaning, and minor treatments. You will strive to ensure a comfortable experience for all patients by providing quality care in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month. We are open to hiring immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities
• Assist with dental procedures such as filling cavities, root canals, extractions and other minor treatments
• Prepare patients for treatment by taking vital signs, seating them, providing instruction on their health history and answering questions
• Record medical history accurately in patient records
• Take x-rays as required by the dentist
• Sterilize dental instruments and maintain cleanliness of dental office
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients warmly, answering questions promptly and ensuring their comfort throughout the visit
Qualifications & Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant experience in the medical field
• Knowledge of basic dental treatments, sterilization techniques and infection control protocols
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
