Salary: AED 1000/month
Description:
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the office’s daily operations and providing administrative support. This role involves liaising with customers and vendors, managing office supplies, as well as ensuring the efficient use of resources.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. They should be proactive, reliable, and have a good eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office
• Track and order office supplies as needed
• Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels professionally and efficiently
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential
• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
