We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the full scope of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and employee relations. They will also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the organization, by providing advice on best practices and developing innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and must be highly organized with excellent communication skills. They should have experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing teams. The role requires an individual who is proactive in their approach to problem-solving, with exceptional attention to detail.

The HR Manager's daily tasks include but are not limited to: creating job descriptions; developing recruitment campaigns; conducting assessment centers; organizing onboarding programs for new employees; managing personnel records; ensuring compliance with labor laws; overseeing payroll administration; managing employee benefits such as health insurance; providing counseling on employee issues or conflicts; handling complaints or grievances; and developing employee training programs.

Our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in Human Resources management roles within the UAE. An internationally recognized qualification in Human Resources is preferred but not essential. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role if they have the right qualifications and experience.
