We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of local labor laws is a plus.

The successful candidate will be expected to create and manage employee records, develop policies and procedures, manage payroll and benefits administration, conduct recruitment activities, handle employee relations issues, provide training and development plans, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate should also have experience leading HR projects such as performance management and succession planning.
