Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This person must have at least 2 years of experience in the security field and will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our team. The salary is 1600 per month. We are open to considering immigrant applicants for this position.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Monitor security systems to ensure they are operating correctly
• Investigate any suspicious activities or incidents
• Respond quickly to emergency situations
• Secure premises by patrolling property; setting up and monitoring access control points; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
• Ensure the protection of personnel, company assets, information, products, etc.
• Supervise security personnel when necessary
• Prepare reports on incidents and suspicious activities

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the security field required
• Understanding of safety regulations and techniques required
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and remain alert during long shifts required
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff members required
