Job Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies, plans and policies for the design, implementation and evaluation of business activities
- Overseeing the work of subordinate staff to ensure efficient operations
- Analyzing data for performance tracking and reporting purposes
- Managing budgeting processes to ensure cost efficiency
- Liaising with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure operational effectiveness
- Developing customer relations strategies to improve customer experience

Qualifications Required:
