Demands for the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving targets and objectives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with CRM software is a plus
Job Description:
- Developing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Generating leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, etc.
- Building relationships with clients to ensure customer retention
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
- Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual targets set by the company
