Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for various positions available within the company. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the current job market and will have an excellent eye for spotting talent.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to network and build relationships with potential candidates
• Understanding of industry trends and best practices
• Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines & handle high volumes of workloads
• Must possess exceptional organizational, time management & problem solving skills.
• Willingness to consider an immigrant is a plus
