Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales management.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing sales strategies to increase company revenue
• Analyzing sales data and forecasting trends based on past performance
• Designing and executing customer service initiatives
• Developing strategies to target key accounts
• Training, coaching, and motivating sales personnel
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the sales team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college/university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the UAE markets
• Proven track record of success in sales management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example with high levels of motivation, enthusiasm and energy

Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. We are also ready to consider foreign candidates for this role.
