Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. This position is responsible for the overall management of the housekeeping department, including but not limited to supervising daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience and prior experience working in an international environment. We are also willing to consider applicants who are immigrants and have no prior experience.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping department including cleaning staff
• Schedule and monitor the work of cleaning staff ensuring that all assigned duties are executed properly
• Ensure all cleaning personnel adhere to safety procedures and regulations
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure proper services are being provided in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain a detailed inventory system for supplies used by the housekeeping staff
• Ensure all areas of the hotel (public areas, guest rooms, etc.) meet cleanliness standards set by the hotel
• Train new housekeeping personnel on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
• Create daily schedules for housekeeping staff members based on occupancy levels and special events taking place at the hotel

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferably in international environment or willing to consider applicants with no prior experience who is an immigrant
• Proven ability to effectively manage personnel in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures
