We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of all phases of construction projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications: excellent organizational and communication skills, knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations, knowledge of construction software programs such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Primavera.

You will be expected to manage the entire construction process by planning activities, setting deadlines and ensuring all tasks are completed on time while adhering to safety protocols. You also need to monitor progress, maintain records of project costs, materials used and labor performed; ensure quality control standards are met; create reports for project executives; prepare bids or contracts; review plans for accuracy; inspect completed projects for quality assurance; maintain relationships with clients; work with suppliers and subcontractors to provide materials or services required; track inventory levels.
