We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work for a growing organization with a competitive salary of 1700. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, have good problem-solving abilities and be able to lead a team.

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the day-to-day operations of the team. You will also be required to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained. You will be responsible for ensuring that deadlines are met as well as resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement plans for improvement in the overall operations of your team.

No prior work experience is necessary for this role, however, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and lead others. You should also have a good understanding of business processes and customer service practices. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have strong computer skills including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
