Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a creative eye and be passionate about flowers. They should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The salary for this position is 1500 per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities
• Arranging flowers according to customer specifications
• Ensuring flower displays are properly maintained
• Purchasing fresh flowers from suppliers
• Training junior staff on how to properly handle and arrange flowers
• Creating artistic displays using fresh flowers
• Maintaining inventory records
• Promoting sales by providing customers with product information
• Resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements
• Proven experience working as a Florist or similar position
• Excellent knowledge of flower varieties, arrangement styles, colors and fragrances
• Proficiency in using flower arranging tools such as knives, scissors, pruners etc.
• Creative flair when designing floral displays
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
