Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and take ownership of the sales process. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of products and services, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing customer accounts, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate who is looking to progress their career in sales. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1500 per month.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage existing customer accounts, cultivating relationships to increase business revenue.
• Identify potential customers through research and networking activities.
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with customers and ensure that all terms are met.
• Ensure accurate records are kept of all sales activities including quotations sent, sales contacts made, orders taken etc.
• Provide timely feedback to management on key performance indicators such as trends in customer preferences etc., as well as suggesting improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not essential if accompanied by relevant experience in the field of Sales/Marketing/Customer Service/Management etc..
• Proven track record of successful sales achievements (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English (Arabic language skills would be advantageous).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
