Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to our team members in order to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively
• Establish and implement effective operational procedures
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor stock levels and ensure that supplies are ordered as needed
• Assign tasks to staff and ensure that they are completed on time
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Resolve any issues or complaints quickly and effectively
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
