Job Summary
We are currently seeking a talented and driven Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out land surveys, interpreting results, and creating detailed maps and reports. The successful candidate should have experience in surveying and mapping, as well as an excellent understanding of the principles of measurement and mapping techniques. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 SAR per month for this position.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in land surveying and mapping
• Proficient in the use of survey instruments such as total stations, GPS systems and laser levels
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to interpret survey data, create detailed maps and reports, and adhere to all safety standards
• Working knowledge of applicable legislation
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Carrying out land surveys using a variety of instruments such as total stations, GPS systems, laser levels etc.
• Interpreting survey data accurately to create detailed maps and reports.
• Adhering to all safety standards when conducting surveys.
• Liaising with clients regarding survey requirements, results, timelines etc.
• Ensuring that all surveys are completed within agreed timescales.
