Responsibilities Include:
• Developing engaging lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines
• Assessing student performance and providing feedback and guidance
• Monitoring student behavior in the classroom
• Developing a positive learning environment that encourages discussion, collaboration, and engagement
• Utilizing various teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles
• Participating in faculty meetings, professional development activities, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher conferences as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred • At least two years of teaching experience required; experience in Dubai preferred • Knowledge of state/national teaching standards • Excellent communication skills • Proven ability to develop effective lesson plans • Ability to create a positive learning environment • Knowledge of current educational technology tools • Ability to foster meaningful relationships with students • Valid UAE work visa (for non-UAE candidates)
