Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai

Salary: 1400 AED

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and assign tasks as needed while monitoring performance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff including setting goals for employees.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant such as ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, taking inventory, etc.
• Handle customer inquiries/complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, stock levels, etc.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels while ensuring profitability of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required

• Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar setting preferred but not required

• Excellent leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills

• Good analytical skills with an understanding of financial management principles

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in computer software applications such as Excel, Word etc.
