Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700, and we are open to hiring foreigners.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or food service management
• Minimum 3 years experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of customer service, food safety standards, and restaurant operations
• Proven excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (Arabic is not necessary but an advantage)

Responsibilities:
• Ensure excellent customer service satisfaction by overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Maintain accurate records such as daily sales data, staff attendance, menu changes, etc.
• Create schedules for staff members and ensure that all shifts are adequately covered at all times
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures; monitor their performance closely
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally; resolve any disputes efficiently
• Developing strategies to increase customer base through efficient marketing campaigns

Knowledge & Skills:
• Comprehensive knowledge of business management principles and practices
• Solid understanding of labor laws as well as health & safety regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills
