Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in the restaurant industry. The successful candidate will be expected to manage staff, handle customer inquiries, and ensure the restaurant meets its financial goals. The salary offered is 1200 AED per month. We are open to considering immigrant candidates for this role.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staffing, budgeting, menu development and design
• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
• Manage staff performance by setting goals and providing feedback
• Ensure the restaurant meets its financial goals by monitoring costs and increasing profitability
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
• Develop marketing plans to promote the business
• Keep abreast of current trends in the industry and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a restaurant/foodservice environment
• Proven track record of success managing staff
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
