Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in managing a successful restaurant, a strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service, and excellent organizational skills.

Demands for the Candidate:
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good knowledge of food and beverage trends
• Knowledgeable on Health & Safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (other languages are considered an advantage)
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for overseeing all operations while ensuring all guests have a positive dining experience. Responsibilities include hiring, training and managing staff; creating menus; monitoring stock levels; overseeing food preparation; working with suppliers; developing marketing strategies; setting budgets & targets; maintaining high standards of hygiene & safety; and handling customer inquiries & complaints. The Restaurant Manager must be able to work both independently and as part of a larger team in order to ensure the success of our restaurant.
