Job Summary

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant operations. You will be expected to supervise staff, manage budgets, oversee food preparation and presentation, and ensure safety and health regulations are adhered to.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff in the restaurant, including hiring/training of new staff when required.
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met in a professional manner.
• Monitor daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth functioning.
• Create work schedules for staff members and monitor their performance.
• Manage budgets effectively and create strategies for increasing profitability of the restaurant.
• Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Oversee food presentation in order to meet customer expectations.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner with the goal of resolution.
• Adhere to all legal regulations related to employment laws, health codes etc.

Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work calmly under pressure while remaining focused on results
