Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff in preparing high-quality meals for guests as well as managing the overall operation of the kitchen. This includes creating menus, creating schedules, ordering supplies and ingredients, preparing meals according to recipe instructions, controlling food costs by monitoring portion sizes and wastage levels, ensuring that safe food handling practices are followed at all times, maintaining a clean working environment and ensuring compliance with health codes.
