The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day kitchen activities including but not limited to menu planning, cost control and food production. They will also be required to supervise and train the kitchen staff as well as manage inventory levels while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

To be considered for this role you must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position as well as have excellent knowledge and understanding of food preparation techniques. You must also have good organizational skills and an eye for detail along with strong leadership capabilities. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines while keeping up with customer demands.
