Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Financial Analyst to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the finance team. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and decision-making processes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data and create accurate forecasting models
• Develop strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial performance
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement
• Identify areas of risk or potential opportunities within the organization’s finances
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and best practices
• Provide technical support on financial projects as needed

Requirements for Applicants:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field from an accredited college/university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Knowledgeable in international accounting standards (IFRS) & compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
