Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Administration or similar)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a managerial position (we are ready to consider an immigrant)
• Good knowledge of the industry in which the company operates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing sales strategies to increase company revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Supervising the sales force in order to ensure that their performance meets the required standards.
• Monitoring customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Analyzing sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
• Developing pricing strategies that maximize profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Evaluating competition by analyzing their products, market share and so on.
• Establishing training programs for sales staffs.
