We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Our company offers a competitive salary of 1500 and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective human resource policies that align with our company’s objectives and values. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic plans and processes to improve performance, recruiting, training, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, labor relations and other related activities. Additionally, you will have to identify potential talent both internally and externally in order to maintain a qualified workforce.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or similar management roles. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should also have excellent leadership and communication skills as well as knowledge of employment law, compensation practices and principles of employee relations. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently as part of a team.
