Job Title: Barista

Salary: 1400 QAR

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn new skills. Responsibilities include preparing and serving espresso-based coffee drinks, tea, and other drinks to our customers. The Barista will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate should be friendly, outgoing, and have good communication skills. We are willing to consider candidates who are immigrants.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation methods (espresso, cappuccino etc)
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accuracy when taking orders and making drinks
• Ability to handle money accurately and operate POS systems efficiently
• Certified Barista training is preferred but not required
