Job Description:

Surveyor – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a surveying role and will be responsible for taking accurate measurements and calculations of land, buildings and other structures. The position offers a salary of 900 per month and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Responsibilities include:
• Carrying out surveys using traditional methods as well as the latest electronic equipment such as GPS, total stations, digital levels, etc.
• Collecting data from the field and entering it into software programs for analysis.
• Creating survey maps, sketches or plans of surveyed areas using CAD software or hand drawing techniques.
• Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with survey results.
• Interpreting legal descriptions of surveyed land areas.
• Maintaining records of survey findings and ensuring accuracy of data collected.
• Preparing reports detailing results of surveys conducted.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a surveying role required.
• Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, digital levels is essential.
• Knowledge of CAD software is preferred but not required.
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
