We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, has strong problem-solving skills, and is able to work both independently and collaboratively on projects. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field and have the ability to obtain a work permit in the UAE.

The successful candidate must be experienced in areas such as structural engineering, hydro-technical engineering, earthwork engineering, road construction, and civil construction. They should be able to provide technical guidance to staff on civil engineering projects, monitor project progress and quality of services, interpret technical drawings for clients, develop estimates for costs of materials and labor needed for projects and negotiate with contractors.

The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills when interacting with clients and staff. They should be capable of working under pressure in order to meet deadlines, identify potential problems before they occur and develop solutions quickly if they do arise. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to take ownership of their work with minimal supervision.

This role offers a salary of 1200 AED per month depending on experience. We are ready to consider foreign applicants who can provide the necessary documents required by law for obtaining a work permit in the UAE.
