Barista job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our coffee shop in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for making coffee and providing excellent customer service.

We offer a salary of 1000 AED per month and the position is open to both local and foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare different types of coffee drinks, including espresso-based drinks, latte, cappuccino, iced coffee, etc.

- Receive orders from customers and serve them with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee station and work area.
- Greet customers, answer their questions about menu items and take orders.
- Ensure that all products are stored properly and securely.
- Follow health and safety regulations when preparing drinks.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista or working in a similar role in F&B industry.
- Knowledge of popular coffee recipes and techniques used in preparing different types of beverages.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop relationships with customers quickly.
- Good organizational skills with an eye for detail.
