The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal as well as excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students. Having a teaching qualification is essential, while knowledge of teaching English as a foreign language is preferred but not required. The successful candidate should have at least three years of experience in teaching or tutoring students from various backgrounds. Organizational skills are essential for this role in order to manage the workload effectively.
