Job Title: Dental Assistant

Salary: 1800 AED/Month
Job Description:
We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist during examination and treatment of patients, preparing patients for treatments, and managing various administrative duties. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the dentist during all examination and treatment procedures
• Prepare patients for treatments by cleaning and sterilizing instruments, setting up the operatory, and providing patient comfort measures
• Prepare dental materials such as amalgam, composite, impression material and cements at the direction of the Dentist or Hygienist
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control procedures
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and treatments provided by the Dentist or Hygienist
• Schedule appointments for patients in accordance with office protocols
• Greet patients promptly in a courteous manner; answer phones according to office protocols
• Perform administrative duties such as filing charts and updating patient records as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an accredited dental assistant program is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills with both staff members and patients
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
