We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will need to be highly knowledgeable in all areas of wine, beer, spirits, and other beverages. You should have a deep understanding of the flavor profiles and be able to offer suggestions and pairings based on customers' preferences. You should also have a strong background in wine education and be able to provide guidance on the latest trends in the industry.

In this role, you will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service; stocking and ordering supplies; keeping records of purchases; and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

To qualify for this role, you must have at least five years of experience as a Sommelier in a full-service restaurant or hotel. You should also possess superior communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. We are willing to consider applicants from outside the country with valid immigration status.
