Job Title: Welder

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Welder to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient welding of various materials according to customer and company specifications.

The ideal candidate must have several years of experience in welding, be aware of safety protocols and standards, and have a thorough knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and techniques. You should also be able to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting technical drawings to determine accurate measurements for welding operations

• Selecting the appropriate welding method based on requirements

• Setting up welding machines according to specifications (e.g., selecting voltage, wire feed speed, amperage)

• Assembling components using clamps, fixtures, or by hand prior to welding them together

• Ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed throughout the entire process

• Inspecting completed work pieces for defects or deviations from standards before delivering them to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder with at least 5 years’ experience in the field

• Knowledge of weld inspection and testing techniques

• Ability to read blueprints accurately

• Good knowledge of safety protocols and standards

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Excellent physical condition and strength with the ability to lift heavy objects

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a vocational school is preferred but not required.
