Position: Carpenter
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1700 KD
Job Type: Full Time

We are looking for a Carpenter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Build, assemble and repair wooden structures such as cabinets, staircases, doors and window frames.
• Cut and shape materials according to specifications using hand tools and machines.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil or chalk line.
• Fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete structures.
• Sand down surfaces after the completion of each project.
• Install fixtures such as handles, hinges, locks and door closers etc.
• Read blueprints or drawings to understand specifications or procedures.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a carpenter for at least 1 year is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of safety rules when handling woodworking tools and machines is essential.
• Attention to detail including measurements is important for this role.
