Project Manager (Sharjah)

Salary: 1600 AED/Month

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Sharjah. We are open to considering candidates of any nationality.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project management role.
- Proven track record of successful project completion with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project life cycle.
- Willingness to work after hours if needed.

Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion while maintaining quality standards, cost efficiency and meeting deadlines. The role will include managing external vendors, preparing timelines, budgets and resource plans, managing risks, conflicts and issues that arise during the project life cycle. The Project Manager will also be required to communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met throughout the process.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation through closure – including planning, execution & delivery of end results within budget & timeline requirements;
- Create detailed project plans including scope definitions, timelines & budgets; - Monitor progress on all projects & report regularly on performance metrics; - Track changes in scope & manage expectations of stakeholders; - Identify potential risks & develop strategies for mitigating them; - Develop relationships with key vendors & suppliers; - Assess resources needed for each project & assign team members accordingly; - Provide clear direction on tasks to ensure timely completion; - Review deliverables prior to submission; - Ensure projects meet customer requirements & adhere to quality standards; - Maintain records of all decisions made during the project life cycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., engineering or computer science).
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
