We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and organizational skills and should be able to handle a variety of projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams from initiation through completion, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Develop project plans detailing tasks, resource requirements, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Monitor progress for each project and compare to estimated costs and timelines. Make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Track milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Develop risk management plans for each project to identify potential threats and develop contingency plans if necessary.
• Liaise with stakeholders both inside and outside of the organization to ensure successful implementation of projects.

Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry or related field for at least 5 years.
• Extensive experience with project management techniques such as Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall approaches is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in achieving milestones on time while managing resources efficiently. • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
