Job Responsibilities
The main responsibility of this role is to create high quality pastries and desserts for customers. This includes baking cakes, cookies, pies, tarts and other sweet treats according to recipes or customer requests. You will also be responsible for decorating items such as cupcakes using frosting and other decorations as well as creating showpieces that are visually appealing. In addition, you may also be required to manage inventory levels, order supplies when needed and keep track of food safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience in a pastry chef role or similar position within the foodservice industry. You should have a thorough knowledge of baking techniques as well as current trends in the pastry arts industry. You must also possess excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail as accuracy is essential in this role. Furthermore, we require the successful candidate to have an understanding of health regulations concerning food safety and hygiene practices.
