Executive Chef – Khawr Fakkan

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Khawr Fakkan. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, developing innovative menus, and leading a team of cooks and other culinary personnel.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a high-end kitchen environment, excellent culinary skills, and a passion for creating unique dishes. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
•Create innovative menus that meet customer demands while adhering to food safety regulations
•Train and manage kitchen personnel including cooks, dishwashers, etc.
•Develop and implement cost saving measures
•Manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies
•Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality before being served
•Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and organized at all times
•Monitor food costs to ensure profitability
Salary: 1800 AED per month.
