Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ajman. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the kitchen, developing menus, and preparing and presenting excellent food to our customers. The successful candidate will have a passion for food and a creative eye for presentation.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a professional chef in a high-end restaurant setting
• Excellent cooking skills with knowledge of different culinary styles and techniques
• Ability to plan menus and manage costs effectively
• Ability to work with suppliers to source fresh ingredients of high quality
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A good understanding of health & safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
• Fluency in English is essential (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
