Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, interpreting, and collecting data related to the boundaries of land parcels, as well as overseeing the design and construction of surveys for various projects. The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques, and be able to interpret plans, maps, and other documents with accuracy. In addition, they must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively report findings and coordinate with other personnel. The position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities
- Researching boundary lines for land parcels using appropriate resources such as records, deeds, aerial photographs or physical markers
- Identifying survey markers such as boundary monuments or information points
- Measuring distances between marker points using specialized equipment
- Analyzing collected data utilizing computer programs such as CAD
- Preparing sketches or diagrams illustrating surveyed areas
- Interpreting legal documents such as deeds or title records and determining property lines
- Writing reports about survey findings to be presented before courts if necessary
- Supervising survey crews during onsite work activities
- Coordinating with other personnel involved in the project such as architects or engineers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor for at least 3 years
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with other personnel
- Expertise in using specialized surveying equipment
