Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
This is a full-time position and we welcome applications from Indian and African nationals who are fluent in English.
The Office Assistant’s duties will include but not be limited to providing administrative support to the team, managing office supplies, handling incoming calls, managing correspondence (e.g. emails, letters and packages), organizing and updating database records, managing travel arrangements for staff members, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for ensuring that the office is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Additionally, the successful candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment when required.
