The duties of the waiter role include greeting guests warmly upon arrival, taking food orders accurately, serving food promptly and courteously, ensuring guests’ satisfaction throughout their meal experience, offering food suggestions when appropriate, handling payments in an efficient manner, and providing general assistance as needed. The waiter should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and reliable with excellent customer service skills. A high school diploma or equivalent preferable but not required. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred as well as good verbal communication skills in English or Arabic.
