Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas, using specialized survey equipment and software. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
-Perform field surveys to measure and map land areas for construction projects, boundaries and other measurements as required.
-Collect data using a range of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS systems, laser scanners and robotic total stations.
-Analyze data to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
-Process data using specialized software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or ArcGIS.
-Prepare detailed reports with results from survey activities.
-Maintain accurate records of survey results.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Surveying/Geomatics or related field is preferred but not required.
-At least 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor is required.
-Excellent knowledge of surveying principles, methods and techniques is essential.
-Proficient in the use of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS systems, laser scanners and robotic total stations. -Good working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or ArcGIS software is preferred.
-Ability to interpret maps accurately and draw precise conclusions from collected data is necessary.
-Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail is essential. -Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are necessary in order to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients alike on projects. -Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions if needed..

Salary: 1500 AED per month (depending on experience) plus benefits for immigrant candidate
