Office manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.
The successful candidate must have experience managing a busy office, must be organized and detail-oriented, and must have excellent communication skills. They should also be able to multitask efficiently while prioritizing tasks.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage all administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, reception duties etc
β’ Manage the office budget and ensure that all necessary supplies are available
β’ Ensure that all communication is dealt with promptly and professionally
β’ Ensure that all files are kept organized and up-to-date
β’ Monitor office equipment usage and maintenance
β’ Develop processes to streamline administrative tasks
β’ Address employee issues in a timely manner
β’ Maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent preferred
β’ At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role in an office setting
β’ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
